Ömer Kesikli is specialized in business law with an emphasis on corporate law, construction law, industrial investments, privatizations, project finance, dispute resolution (including litigation, arbitration, enforcement & bankruptcy), labor law, and intellectual property. 

Ömer Kesikli has represented several “contractor” and “owner” companies in various local and international projects in jurisdictions including Turkey, Russia, Israel, The United States, The United Kingdom, Romania, Azerbaijan, Malta, Iran, Iraq, Turkmenistan & Jordan. His involvement in these projects included reviewing, drafting, negotiating and finalizing project documents such as EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) & EPCM (EPC Management) Contracts, Equipment Supply-Erection Contracts, Construction Contracts, Electricity Sales Contracts, Natural Gas Sale Contracts, Shareholders Agreements & Share Purchase Agreements. He has also conducted due diligence and legal risk analyses for many public and private tenders related to power, energy, infrastructure, industrial facility investments and privatizations. 

Ömer Kesikli's expertise in corporate law includes Mergers & Acquisition deals, capital markets, corporate governance, asset transfers, joint venture & consortium agreements. He also advises companies and individual business men in their day-to-day business as well as drafting a variety of contracts including distribution agreements, licensing agreements, exclusivity agreements, franchising agreements, project development agreements, e-contracts, web-site legal content, transportation agreements, agency agreements, contingency agreements and other tailor-made contracts for the specific needs of each particular project.
