- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements including exclusive and selective distribution agreements, commission agent agreements, commercial agency agreements, franchising agreements, marketing agreements.
- Compliance advice and litigation with respect to competition law and anti competitive practice before Turkish courts and the Turkish Competition Authority.
- Antitrust implications of horizontal and vertical commercial agreements between competitors and other forms of cooperation such as joint ventures, distributions, licensing agreements, mergers and acquisitions.
- Preparing and filing applications before Turkish Competition Authority relating to mergers and acquisitions of the companies.
