- Securing facility, environmental and land use planning approvals for electric transmission lines and co-generation, simple/combined cycle and renewable energy generating facilities, oil and gas projects of all scale and scope, gas processing facilities, pipelines, oil sands projects, NGL extraction plants, petrochemical plants, refineries etc.
- Legal assistance in obtaining of the required licenses and securing their amendment where necessary,
- Advising market participants on issues arising under regulations and market participation rules of EPDK (Energy Market Regulatory Authority of Turkey)
- Representing project proponents in privatizations and expropriations, land acquisition and compensation proceedings
- Providing counsel on regulatory matters involving consultations and disputes with local land owners and non-governmental organizations
